Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for
30 days from the date issued.
Prices are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Should additional work or unforeseen circumstances become apparent once work begins, we will discuss these with you before carrying out any additional work.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once a date has been agreed between both parties.
Occasionally we may need to rearrange appointments due to adverse weather, equipment issues or circumstances beyond our control. We will always contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the areas requiring cleaning.
Any obstacles, vehicles, garden furniture or other items that may prevent access should be removed before our arrival where reasonably possible.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.
Late payments may be subject to interest and recovery costs where permitted by law.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly request as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled at very short notice where significant time or travel costs have already been incurred.
Our Services
We take great care when carrying out all work using professional equipment and industry-approved methods.
Some surfaces may already have existing wear, damage, staining or defects that become more visible after cleaning. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions.
Where appropriate, low-pressure cleaning methods and specialist treatments are used to minimise risk to delicate surfaces.
Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning is carried out using methods appropriate to the roof type and condition.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, we do not walk directly on roof tiles where doing so could increase the risk of damage. Every roof is individually assessed before work begins.
Biocide treatments help reduce future organic growth but cannot permanently prevent moss, algae or lichen from returning, as environmental conditions vary.
Where a moss-free guarantee is offered, it applies only to qualifying services and under the terms stated within your quotation.
Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning
Pressure settings are adjusted according to the surface being cleaned.
Whilst every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some permanent staining, rust marks, oil contamination or surface defects may not be fully removable.
Guarantees
Any guarantees offered apply only to the services specifically stated within your quotation or invoice.
Guarantees do not cover future contamination caused by weather conditions, neighbouring trees, poor drainage, structural defects or other external factors outside our control.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing within these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, text and graphics, remains the property of ICENI Exterior Cleaning unless otherwise stated.
